21.02.2020 Tour + Reading: Robert Pimm in Berlin

|

Media Tour:

British Author Robert Pimm takes us to the locations of his political thriller “Blood Summit” – to the Reichstag Berlin. This rare opportunity to meet the reclusive author will be followed by a reading of Robert Pimm in the political heart of Berlin just 15 minutes walk from the Reichstag.

Story and scenes:

“Blood Summit” is the story of a horror vision: a terrorist attack on the heart of the open society, the Reichstag. What-if, asks British author Robert Pimm, if terrorists carried out an attack on the Reichstag during a summit? How did security people, emergency systems, domestic and foreign politicians behave? At the very top of the open glass dome, the Reichstag is vulnerable. Is it not? Robert Pimm leads us to the original locations of his novel. He tells us about his research, all of it first-hand. Nothing is fictional… except the story, which we hope will never come true. The facts of walls and glass remain in this monstrous, stable yet vulnerable building.
